Job Title: Project Manager – UK Real Estate
Position Type: Full-Time
Location: Mysore, KA – On-site, occasional UK Visit
As our project manager, your job will be to coordinate people and processes to ensure that our UK Property projects are delivered on time
and produce the desired results. You will be the go-to person for everything involving a project’s organization and timeline.
Project Manager Responsibilities
1. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
2. Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
3. Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
4. Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
5. Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
5. Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
7. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
8. Finding, researching, and purchasing projects.
Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration and management.
2. At least 5 years of experience as a project administrator/manager.
3. Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
4. Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi – tasking skills. 5. Six Sigma/Lean Programming Certification is a plus.
6. A quick learner and responsible managerial skills.
7. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint),
8. Email management, and scheduling tools.
9. Available working in UK Shift.
10. Good verbal and written communication.
